What is the purpose of the HOA
Homeowners Associations are designed to preserve the common welfare and the property values of the community. This is the goal of the Homeowners Board of Directors. Each homeowner in Crooked Creek West is a member of the Crooked Creed West Homeowners Association (HOA).

Mission
The Crooked Creek West HOA is currently a voluntary association that exists to enhance the long-term value of your neighborhood and provide a pleasant place to call home.

THEFT NOTICE!

There have recently been a few reports of vehicles being broken into and even stolen. Please be sure to lock your vehicles and keep valuables out of site.

If you see ANYTHING suspicious looking in the neighborhood please call the police (911) and report this activity. We need to stop the activity before it gets worse.

If you want to follow up and let others in the neighborhood know what's going on, please contact the HOA Board.
