A big part of what makes our neighborhood a great place to live is the pride homeowners take in their properties. A few small habits go a long way toward keeping our streets safe, walkable, and welcoming for everyone:
- Keep sidewalks clear. Please sweep away grass clippings, leaves, and debris after mowing or yard work, and remove snow promptly in winter so neighbors can walk safely.
- Trim trees and bushes. Branches and shrubs that overhang sidewalks or streets can block visibility and make it difficult for pedestrians, strollers, and wheelchairs to pass. Regular trimming keeps walkways open and your landscaping looking sharp.
- Store trash and recycling out of sight. Please keep bins out of view from the street except on collection day, and bring them in promptly afterward.
- Maintain your yard and exterior. Regular mowing, weeding, and general upkeep of your lawn, driveway, and home exterior help maintain curb appeal for the whole street.
- Be mindful of shared spaces. Please pick up after pets, park considerately, and avoid leaving items like toys, equipment, or furniture in common areas or front yards for extended periods.
These are simple courtesies, but together they make a real difference — thank you for helping keep our neighborhood a place we're all proud to call home!
